Like previous years this year too, we were present at the Medica held at Dusseldorf, Germany from Nov. 19th to 22nd, 2008 The LED Microscopes from Magnus were a great success. As part of the constant endeavor to bring cutting edge technologies to our customers, we introduced the latest LED Fluorescence Microscopes in partnership with Fraen Corporation, Srl, Italy.

Fraen is a patent holder for transmitted light LED based fluorescence which offers several advantages and is most suitable for Auto-Immune disease testing, Tuberculosis diagnosis as well as for fluorescence based Malaria testing at very affordable prices.

The LED Fluorescence range includes the MicroLED which can be mounted on the Olympus CX21, CX31 as well as the Magnus series microscopes. The Sapphire is a completely integrated microscope with in-built LED for easy switching between brightfield and Fluorescence modes of observation. Both the products are available with Blue or Royal Blue excitations. Green excitation is available as an option on the MicroLED.

We also offer the LED light source brightfield microscopes with battery-backup for cordless operation and also the option of solar panel charging.
